The AIU Online Associate of Arts in Business Administration in Visual Communication, is designed to prepare students interested in pursuing careers in graphic design. The curriculum combines the business skills of AIU Online's AABA with specific skills needed in the field of visual communication and also provides a seamless transition into the AIU Online Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Visual Communication.

Students learn to apply design principles and techniques to the creation of visual solutions. Also covered is the usage of research techniques and problem-solving skills in the creation of projects and the application of business and financial skills in the field of visual communication.

Visual Communication program also trains students for the following career fields: Graphic Design Assistant, Advertising Specialist, Community Arts Development Associate, Gallery Assistant and many other creative, in-demand careers.
